Why do people compare fedor to Kimbo slice, I think fedor would win in a fight against kimbo?

But I don’t see why everyone hates on Fedor, what has he done to merit him a terrible MMA fighter?

i’ve never heard anyone compare Fedor To Kimbo how can you compare a 30+-1 record to a 3-1 record. i think you have it the wrong way Fedor is the best mma has ever seen and Kimbo can only win against old washed up fighters.

Hey bud youve mixed everything up, except for the statement where you say fedor would beat kimbo, because every sane person knows that that would happen.
Kimbo is not the best in MMA, Fedor is!!! Kimbo looked pathetic against Roy Nelson. And Fedor would make Roy Nelson look even worse if he attempted to fight Fedor.
And I dont think everyone hates Fedor. There are a few die hard UFC fans who hate him, but thats purely due to the fact that they will probably never have the privelage to watch him in the UFC.
The only time I have ever heard anyone compare Fedor to Kimbo was when they where comparing ABC’s ratings. They are comparing who brings in highest ratings, a headlining Fedor fight or a headlining Kimbo fight. At the moment i think Kimbos fights had a higher viewership, but after Saturday I reckon that will change.

The question is pretty straight forward. The second part is sarcasm or would be followed by a rolling eyes emote if it were possible.
There are a lot of Kimbo fan boys out there who think Kimbo is the coolest thing since sliced bread. Many have little to no understanding of MMA or any of the fighters or what constitutes a good fighter.
Anyone who thinks Kimbo is better than Fedor is delusional. Anyone who thinks Kimbo would stand a chance against Fedor is delusional.

Fedor would absolutely rape Kimbo. Seriously Kimbo has no business even being spoken in the same sentence with Fedor. As for the question of why some people have a hate on for Fedor, it’s because some people can’t handle the fact that he has never really lost a fight, at least not legitimately.

kimbo killed elitexc. fedor has killed numerous promotions. it’s no comparison really. unless kimbo finds some way to bankrupt the ufc, fedor will always be better than him.

It’s these UFC lovers, they hated Brock but now they love him off since Fedor signed with Strikeforce and now have him to hate on.

It’s natural for people who don’t understand the game of MMA to compare Kimbo to Fedor. Actually, it’s a very easy thing to do.
For people who are uneducated, they often hear the name Kimbo Slice. They might have seen his Youtube fights, and believed all the hype surrounding him.
As for Fedor, he fought in Pride and Rings back in Japan. Back then, unless you were a hardcore fan of MMA, you wouldn’t take the time to watch those shows.
Now, Fedor has hit America, and has appeared in Strikeforce and Affliction. So, now more people have seen Fedor fight, but a large chunk of America hasn’t.
People will compare Kimbo who was on CBS’s Strikeforce and The Ultimate Fighter to Fedor, an unknown to the common fans.
Those people haven’t seen Fedor take one of the most brutal suplexes, to only kimura Randleman less than a minute later. Those people haven’t seen Fedor stay in the guard and avoid the submissions of one of the best Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu black belts in Nogueira for THIRTY MINUTES.
They also didn’t see Fedor handing a beatdown to Crocop in the RING, not the CAGE. Fedor was using his boxing well, and putting the stamp on Crocop, an outstanding K1 Muay Thai kickboxer with superb takedown defense.
If you never saw those fights, then it would be easy to ask how would Kimbo do against Fedor. For those who know Fedor, you would simply laugh when someone would ask something so obvious.

Ok, let’s just get one thing straight here….Kimbo isn’t even in the same league as Fedor’s jock!
I’m not a fan of Fedor, but i do respect what he has done in his career. I would love to see him step up and take on some real competition, not that there’s much of that in the heavy weight division. Here’s where i tell all you Kimbo fans to relax. I’m not hating on Kimbo, i just don’t think that he would last 30 seconds with Fedor. Before the show i really hated Kimbo, but since have gained some respect for him as a fighter!

Most kimbo fans have had no real mma exposure until kimbo was cast in tuf. (youtube alley scuffs behind mings house of noodles with club bouncers don’t count) they don’t know any better yet.

It takes so much more time to master Judo, Sambo, and MMA than it does bare knuckle boxing, so Kimbo has a long way to go. He’s doing the right thing fighting in smaller promotions than the UFC, training with Bas Rutten, going through the Ultimate Fighter. I don’t think Kimbo would stand a chance against someone as accomplished as Fedor, but he’ll put some hurt on some other up and comers if he gets the chance.

I hate Fedor because he wins so much. I also hate him because the best in the world at HW are undeniably in the UFC. Arrogant and greedy handlers ruined everything. I just won’t recognize Fedor as the best until he fights a true top-level fighter (much love for Rogers but he only had 1 impressive win).
As for Kimbo, he is definitely not the best MMA has seen. I love Kimbo, but its just too late for him to learn.
Fedor vs Kimbo? I’d absolutely love to see Kimbo KO Fedor, but that wouldn’t happen. Yes, Fedor would destroy Kimbo.

Kimbo could out score Fedor in stand up because Fedor just hits hard he has bad accuracy but Kimbo has absolutely no ground game so he would easily get submitted. Plus Fedor has probably the most solid chin in MMA so KIMBO would not be able to knock him out standing up so his best bet is in a FULL MOUNT but Anderson Silva proved you can even gen out of that.
