What type of fighting styles do Koreans and use in the Spirit MC

Spirit MC is korea’s most popular MMA league im just wondering what are the fights like and do they stick with there traditional arts.

    If you check the Spirit MC program guides (if you can read Hangul) you’ll see there are probably more fighters with foreign martials listed under their names.

    You’ll see a lot of BJJ, judo, kickboxing, submission wrestling…stuff geared towards MMA fighting. You generally see a lot of armbar attempts, triangles, RNC attempts, stand-up striking (remember they grow up on TKD) and a fair amount of ground and pound. There’s also a fair amount of KO’s because Koreans like to go for the head (like N. American fans they like knock-outs)

    And foreign fighters bring whatever they bring. Usually American or Japanese fighters.
