I’m not up on the names of the fighters, but one fight I saw a guy took a kick to the ribs and fell back against the chain link holding his ribs. It looked like he was suffering a broken rib or two. The opponent flew at him to try and finish him off with a flurry, but the guy who was hurt, at the last possible moment, wailed the attacker with a reverse knocking him out. He then dove on him with a ground pound and the ref stopped the bout. The guy then, rolled into a fetal position holding his ribs.
True grit if I’ve ever seen it.
